Allison is responsible for CCAP’s U.S. and international fundraising efforts, financial planning and budgeting, and management of CCAP grants. She oversees all aspects of CCAP’s development efforts, including donor engagement, proposal development, contracting, and grant management. She is responsible for the organization’s financial planning, program budgeting and controlling, to ensure the effective management of CCAP’s grants. Prior to CCAP, she managed fundraising efforts for a conservation NGO in Cambodia. She also worked with a civil society nonprofit in Afghanistan to secure funds for a microloans program for women, and helped develop and initiate the organization’s school program in two districts that was later incorporated into the national education program.
Allison holds a BA in International Finance from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and an MBA also from the University of Maryland.
