The Center for Clean Air Policy held its second regional Latin American MAIN dialogue in November 2011 in Santiago, Chile, building on the launch of the MAIN initiative, along with CCAP’s regional practitioner network and its knowledge-sharing activities. Country teams, along with representatives from funding agencies, took part in peer-to-peer exchanges, role-playing exercises and breakout sessions by topics such as energy transport, environment and finance. The seminars focused on participating country NAMA proposals, CCAP and Chilean proposals for a NAMA template and strategies for MRV.
